This week we have been contacted by some pastry cooks from Ibi (Alicante, Spain) in order to share with us what they have just done. It is a very sweet story – I am sure that the below pictures will make your mouth water.
It is a HUGE Pocoyo and a HUGE Elly made of chocolate!
But, do not think it was just a piece of cake…Those guys have dedicated more than 20 hours of work for each piece and have used more than 100 kilos of black chocolate. In order to do it in a realistic way, they have used white chocolate and normal chocolate. We must say that proportions are not perfect, though. But we have to take into account the big dimensions and the difficulties in working with chocolate. Most of us we prefer working it in a different way! Don’t we? ;-)
We know that all it is done with affection ends up being a personal, social and emotional success – and we are conscious that these patissiers (big fans of Pocoyo :-D) have put an enormous doses of affection. Well, obviously, to those pieces and to all of them!
